UAE President proclaims 2023 as 12 months of Sustainability

The UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on Friday introduced that 2023 is the 12 months of Sustainability within the nation.

The announcement comes because the nation gears up for the worldwide local weather summit COP28, which is ready to be held at Expo Metropolis Dubai this 12 months from November 30 to December 12.

“Efficient local weather motion requires a shared imaginative and prescient and collective will,” Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed mentioned in a press release.

“As host of COP28, we’re dedicated to fulfilling our position as a worldwide convener and can proceed to assist motion and innovation within the area of sustainability.”
